Pricing - how it works

At The Poppins Project, we help growing businesses cut through the noise and build simple, scalable systems. Whether you need one-off support to fix a challenge, or ongoing partnership to guide your growth, we’ve got you covered.

 Perfect if you’ve got a specific challenge or change programme in mind.

• Half Day (up to 4 hrs) – £350
• Full Day (up to 8 hrs) – £500
• Custom Project Packages – from £1,500 (includes scoping, delivery, and follow-up session)

Whether you're a new manager finding your feet, or an experienced leader navigating people challenges like poor engagement, high turnover or low team morale, this is a space to pause, reflect and grow. We'll work together to understand your leadership style, what's working and what isn't. Every session is tailored around you - your goals, your challenges and your learning style - so the support feels practical not theoretical. 

You can choose the level of support that suits you:

• Single session £125 (pay-as-you-go)
• 3 session package: £350
• 6 session package: £675
• 12 session package: £1250
• Full or half day on site sessions please see day rates above)

(each session lasts around 60 minutes and can be delivered online or in person depending on location)

Ideal if you want ongoing support without hiring a full-time role. Retainers include priority access, regular check-ins, and rollover of unused hours (1 month). Minimum 3 month commitment required. 

• Starter – 10 hrs/month – £800
• Growth – 20 hrs/month – £1,300
• Scale – 40 hrs/month – £2,400
